Perfect for family vacations

The staff treated my kids like royalty. I couldn’t believe how my boys loved the giant pool and the playground area. They were entertained while I enjoyed some well-deserved quiet time by the poolside. And to top it off, the meals we had were just fantastic, who knew hotel food could be this good?

Not the cheapest option out there but honestly worth it for what you get.

The room offered a stunning city view that really captures the energy of the place. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries that were definitely a morning highlight.

The location felt a bit isolated, making it inconvenient to reach various attractions without a vehicle, which can be a hassle. Additionally, the bathrooms were small and showed signs of age, and the shower wasn't the cleanest, which detracted from the overall experience. We had to switch rooms multiple times due to issues like a broken A/C and noisy neighbors, making it a frustrating stay.

The Deluxe Guest Room offered a stunning view of the city and ocean, along with a comfortable bed that was conducive to productive rest. The breakfast spread was exceptional, featuring a variety of selections including freshly baked croissants and organic juices. The staff was particularly attentive, efficiently assisting me with my work needs and providing quick responses to any inquiries I had.

The fitness center was occasionally crowded, making it difficult to find available equipment.

It was just a decent option for a weekend in Panama City with good value. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, and the made-to-order omelets were great. Make sure to avoid weekends if you want a quiet stay.

I had an amazing stay with a fabulous fitness center and outstanding breakfast options like tropical fruits! The concierge lounge service was top-notch, especially with Melva’s warm welcome.

I had a great time with my friends staying here for 4 nights! We loved the pool and the casual restaurants. The concierge was super helpful, coordinating our trips to see the local sites. Don't miss the gym with free classes. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

We had some trouble with the valet service. they seemed overwhelmed and not very welcoming, which was disappointing at times.

I stayed one night in a Beautiful Guest room with 1 King City view. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gym was spacious and well-equipped. I enjoyed the fine city view from my room. 🌇

The Sheraton's in-house dining is a hidden gem, especially the fresh pasta that had me dreaming of Italy! The friendly staff went out of their way to make our stay special, and they even tried to help with my Spanish. I also enjoyed a few local treats nearby, like Choco Bar's artisan chocolates.

Unfortunately, we were overwhelmed by rowdy guests who took over the pool, making it hard to relax. The bathroom in my room felt cramped, which was a bummer, but the view from the window was nice enough to keep my spirits up.
